Belle Glade Enrichment Center
The Child Development Center of Belle Glade, Florida, is condemned. Our objective is to build a new, state-of-the-art Enrichment Center for the children and migrant community of Belle Glade.We are here supporting the children and community of Belle Glade in their efforts to build a new and improved Enrichment Center. Having been impacted by severe weather conditions, the current building is condemned and beyond repair.
Future Enrichment Center
This facility has been vital in helping the children of underserved communities break the cycle that for many entails a future without hope or possibility. This facility has been responsible for cultivating a safe environment fostering creative outlets, education, and individual expression. These donation-funded programs have helped an increased number of students graduate high school, receive college scholarships, and even become drafted into the NFL. Each day during the center's after school program children will be fed a hot meal, tutored, and receive music lessons.
Current condemned building
So far we've raised half the needed funds - more than $700,000! Creative Waves has underwritten the focal point of the building, the CW Music Performance Room.
