Ali Tamposi
CEO & Founder
Grammy award-winning and multi-platinum selling songwriter, Ali Tamposi believes that the arts hold an important place in refining the quality of life for all humanity. A successful creative artist and businesswoman, her call to service is rooted in her music career matched with an unrelenting passion to provide the necessary resources for students to seek and achieve artistic excellence.



Candy Tamposi
President & Co-Founder
Serving as a Chief Development Officer and Principal for more than thirty years, Candy Tamposi has directly impacted generations of students who have received education in the fine arts, theatre, music, and performing arts. Candy brings a high-level of development expertise, curriculum programming, and strategic implementation to the team of the Creative Waves Foundation.

Board Members

Nicholas Tamposi
Chief-Creative Officer
Nick is a photographer, filmmaker, and agent from Florida. He co-founded several talent agencies including The Lions in New York as well as The Dragons. Currently, he resides with his wife and two children on their horse ranch in Citrus Hills, FL where they have also built a production company Dragonville Studios with a focus on producing independent films. Nick also shares with his family an interest in the environment and is a member of the National Wildlife Refuge Association as a co-founder of the Young Ambassadors, bringing environmental awareness to youth.

Roman Campolo
An established Songwriter in his own right, Ali's husband, Roman, is the Co-Owner of Malibu Jiu Jitsu. His studio frequently brings together and collaborates with various organisations such as Creative Waves and Urban Promise, to bring the art of Jiu Jitsu to young students.

Anthony Tamposi
Born and raised in the new construction business, Anthony knows firsthand how meticulous attention to detail is the key to providing residents with the best value and lifestyle. Anthony grew up in and currently remains an active partner in the development of the Villages of Citrus Hills. Each year, they build hundreds of homes for residents over the age of 55. He and his family are involved in various real estate projects up and down the East Coast from Florida to New Hampshire. Tapping into his creative skillset, Anthony moved to Los Angeles where he is pursuing entertainment. He has executive produced and acted in two feature films.

Tyler Maples
Chief-of-Staff
Tyler Maples serves as the Creative Waves Foundation's Chief-of-Staff, orchestrating with precision and strategic foresight. An analytical operator, Maples 'runs the ship' through systemic solutions that drive efficiency and foundation growth. His disciplined, data-informed approach enables him to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and build sustainable systems, making him integral to the foundation's success.

Keithly Miller
Community service is something I have felt passionate about since my young days living in Virginia, New York and Hong Kong, and I have worked with multiple charities in the Belle Glade area for 20 plus years. I have been in the design business for 50 years and am currently associated with Kemble Interiors in Palm Beach.

Candace Gaines
Candace S Gaines has over 30 years of experience in real estate title and mortgage banking. During her career she set the bar for women by becoming the first female State Manager in Maryland for a national real estate title insurance underwriter as she was raising her family and heavily involved in her children’s activities. She demonstrated work life balance while overseeing six direct operation branches and more than 200 attorney agents within the state. Additionally, she was a leader and educator in the industry sharing her knowledge by teaching continuing education courses in real estate settlements for real estate professionals.
Beyond her professional commitments, Candace is deeply committed to community service. She has contributed to numerous fundraising efforts supporting the construction of Anne Arundel Hospital and founded an “Adopt-a-Family” holiday initiative to assist families in need. She has always had a passion for animals which is reflected in her many hours spent volunteering with Rude Ranch Cat Rescue and the Humane Society of Broward County.

Cassadee Pope
Grammy-nominated Cassadee Pope is a platinum-certified singer-songwriter with her latest album THRIVE released on October 15th, 2021. Having toured with legendary artists such as Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley, Cassadee has had much success throughout her career with the platinum-selling single “Wasting All These Tears” and being awarded “Breakthrough Video of the Year” at the 2014 CMT Music Awards and her #1 “Think of You” with Chris Young receiving a 2017 Grammy nomination for “Best Country/Pop Duo”. Touring as the headliner of the “2019 CMT Next Women of Country Tour” which brought the franchise outside of the U.S. for the first time, Cassadee continues to break boundaries for women in the industry.

Frankie Stevens
Frankie Stevens serves as a board member of the Creative Waves Foundation. As a Senior Docent at the Norton Museum of Art, she shares her expertise in art history with diverse audiences through the museum's educational programs. She is Vice President of the Ladies Guild, leading philanthropy and community outreach initiatives. Frankie holds the title of Dame Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, reflecting her commitment to humanitarian efforts and charitable causes. She is also a Patron of the Arts of the Vatican, supporting the promotion and preservation of cultural heritage. Her experience in the art world and dedication to community service make her a valuable asset to the Creative Waves Foundation's mission.

Joe & Toni Mastrullo
The Mastrullos bring years of business experience to the team and are extremely active in philanthropy spending time serving their community. They provide assistance to poor and disadvantaged people in Palm Beach County which includes the First Haitian Baptist Church of Belle Glade where the couple delivers carloads of clothes, food and household items. The couple are also responsible for raising funds for the First Haitian Baptist Church Youth and Development Center’s Building Project.

Thais Piotrowski
Thais D. Piotrowski, CFP®, CRPC™, APMA™, is a Private Wealth Advisor at Ameriprise with over 20 years of experience helping clients make confident, values-aligned financial decisions. Recognized by Barron's as one of the Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the country and among the Top 100 Women Financial Advisors, she has earned Ameriprise's highest honors, including Hall of Fame induction and membership in the Chairman's Advisory Council—representing the top 1% of advisors nationwide. Originally from Brazil and a University of Florida alumna, Thais is known for her thoughtful, relationship-first approach and her commitment to serving her community, clients, and family.

Jamie Zeluck-Hindlin
Since launching her career in 2007, Nonstop Management Founder Jaime Zeluck Hindlin has signed, shepherded, and spearheaded the success of numerous GRAMMY® Award-winning multi-platinum songwriters and producers. A longtime friend of Ali Tamposi, Jaime brings immense value as a subject matter expert in the music business alongside her moxie as a leading businesswoman.

Peter K. Yeskel
Peter K. Yeskel has over 57 years of experience in real estate ownership and management as well as extensive experience with investment syndications. Mr. Yeskel is a graduate of George Washington University, Washington, DC.
Mr. Yeskel been involved in the ownership and management of numerous apartment projects, shopping centers and other commercial properties throughout the United States; including properties in Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Texas, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has also owned gas gathering line systems in Oklahoma as well as other types of real estate including car washes and land for development. In addition to real estate, he has invested in a variety of business ventures, including the Yacht Club of Bethesda nightclub.
In addition to his diverse business activities, Mr. Yeskel has devoted substantial time to various charitable organizations. He previously served on the Board of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science in the D.C. Region. He is a former Board Member and Board Emeritus for the George Washington University National Council of Arts and Sciences; where he established the Stanley and Evelyn Yeskel Memorial Concert Series. Additionally, he served as a Board Member and Board Emeritus of the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of Easter Seals where he chaired the Annual Cruise for Kids for many years. Mr. Yeskel also served as the first Commodore of Pleasure Cove Yacht Club in Annapolis, MD.

Junior Board Members

Eve Greendale. Also recognized as Palm Beach Creative has been a portrait photographer based out of South Florida for 17 years, with a heart for capturing the essence of childhood and family bonds. She resides in Jupiter Florida with her husband and two children that are 18 and 11.
Eve shoots for many brands, prominent members of the community, and a publication called The Scout Guide Palm Beach and Jupiter. She finds joy volunteering in Belle Glade, teaching photography to children

Blake Hanley is the lead attorney of the Heirs’ Property Project at Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. The Heirs' Property Project is dedicated to increasing generational wealth, social justice, and community stability for disadvantaged residents of Palm Beach County, Florida. Blake provides legal representation pertaining to property rights, probate estate administration, estate planning, and chain of title issues. Blake has a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Communication and Media Studies.

Kyle Soch, a native of South Florida, is a trial lawyer at the well-known local law firm, Larmoyeux & Bone. Raised in the vibrant community he now serves, Kyle's passion for advocacy and community support have guided his career.
During his time at the University of Florida, Kyle was inducted into the UF Hall of Fame, the highest recognition given to student leaders at the University of Florida. He also served as Chief Justice of the UF Supreme Court, and member of Florida Blue Key. His dedication to leadership and service continued as he worked with the Florida legislature on a range of community-focused issues.
Kyle has a deep commitment to pro bono work, offering his expertise to clients navigating compassionate release cases. Further, he actively supports his fiancé in her meaningful work within the 15th Judicial Circuit’s Guardian ad Litem program, championing the rights and well-being of children in the foster care system across Palm Beach County.

Madison Anderer is thrilled to join the Creative Waves Foundation as a Junior Board Member. A dedicated performer and advocate for the arts, she will soon be pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. Through her involvement in the Miss America Organization, Madison has developed a strong platform focused on arts advocacy, youth empowerment, and community engagement. Passionate about ensuring that creative expression remains an essential part of education, Madison strives to expand access to the arts for students and communities alike. She enjoys mentoring and giving her time to children who share her love for the performing arts, inspiring them to chase their dreams and discover their voices through creativity.

Bianca Rosarrio is an international vocalist, DJ, entertainment producer, and Founder of Rosarrio Entertainment LLC, a licensed Florida talent agency. A graduate of Dreyfoos School of the Arts with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Bianca has performed in more than 17 countries and at premier events and venues throughout South Florida.
As a Creative Waves Foundation board member, she combines her experience in entertainment and education to support, mentor, and create opportunities for young artists.

Bailey Mae Bone, a native of South Florida, whose journey in service began early, as she took on the role of Program Director at YMCA Camp High Harbour. She mentored and guided teenagers through the Advanced Leadership Academy.
Her academic journey at the University of Florida, where she earned a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences alongside a minor in Disabilities in Society Furthering her education through a post-baccalaureate program at George Washington University, Bailey is steadfastly working towards her goal of becoming a physician.
Bailey's dedication to making a meaningful impact also led her to volunteer as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the rights and well-being of youth within the foster care system in Florida. Her heart lies in empowering vulnerable youth as a mentor, striving to create tangible positive change within her local community.
As a proud member of the Creative Waves Foundation Junior board, Bailey is thrilled to continue her mission of service and advocacy. She views her involvement as a cherished opportunity to uplift and support youth across South Florida, paying homage to programs like Young Singers of the Palm Beaches, which played a formative role in her own life.

Florida-born equestrian, stylist and longtime friend of Ali's, Alexandra Skiffington believes art and animals are tools for mental health and healing. Having worked in the industry between Manhattan and L.A., Alex began styling for brands such as Nili Lotan, Roger Vivier, and Helmut Lang. After moving to L.A., Alex started celebrity styling & working for SONY, creating looks and preparing artist for tour, press, and red carpets. She has been competing horses since a very young age and has traveled around the world show jumping. Alex rides for Creative Waves Foundation, donating a portion of her winnings to building a wonderful foundation that will make an everlasting program to nurture talented children

Emily is a wife and mother of two whose entrepreneurial mindset is centered around creativity and connection. She believes in the importance of making a positive difference in the community and is passionate about supporting efforts that create lasting impacts on children and the environment around them.
Emily is proud to be a part of the Creative Waves Foundation and looks forward to being actively involved in the foundation’s work.

Honorary Board Members

Behati Prinsloo
Behati Prinsloo is a model who has appeared in runway shows and fashion campaigns around the world. She is best known for her work with Victoria's Secret, but can be found in numerous other ad campaigns and videos for brands like Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs. In addition to her outstanding career, Behati devotes her time to philanthropy and shares an interest in helping the environment and children in need.

Andrew Watt
Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who specializes in melodic, guitar-driven hard rock with deep hooks and bluesy swagger, Watt has been honing his chops both on-stage and, in the studio, since he was 16. A globally known music artist, Watt has most recently added a Grammy Award to his accomplishments and continues to collaborate with Ali Tamposi on a myriad of projects. Watt knows the power of music and is committed to the success and impact of the Creative Waves Foundation.

Tayla Parx
A soulful, genre-crossing singer, Tayla Parx is known for her hooky pop and R&B-influenced songs. Initially garnering attention as an actress, Parx established herself as a go-to songwriter, collaborating on hits like Fifth Harmony's "Boss," Khalid & Normani's "Love Lies," and Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next. GRAMMY® Award-nominated singer, songwriter, and boundary breaker Tayla Parx reimagines genre, gender, feminism, popular music, and the very definition of an artist. Creative Waves welcomes Tayla’s creative expertise, music industry insight, and commitment to our mission / vision.
